The Air Cleaner Store is an authorized distributor of Austin Air Canada in Kitchener, Ontario. For Canadian residents, we use FedEx, Purolator or UPS shipping. The products are drop shipped from Austin Air Canada in Kitchener, Ontario.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. It will take 2-5 business days for the package to arrive at your door.

Are shipping fees included? If not, how much will it cost?

Shipping fees to remote areas in Canada are additional. Yes. If your package has been damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will arrange to have your package picked up and have a replacement unit sent to you on the same day.

If my Austin Air cleaner needs service, where do I send it?

The purchase is registered in Canada, not the United States. In the rare event that you need to return or service the product, you would ship it to Austin Air Canada.  We will be happy to assist you in obtaining a return authorization and getting the problem resolved.
